Steak 'n Shake

I've been coming to this steak'n shake for over 15 years. It was always a good place to come grab something quick, cheap, and delicious to eat in the past but in recent years I saw a decline in both service and the quality of the food that was put out. With my most recent visit(2/15/20), I am happy to report that while the service was a little lacking(server seemed distracted or inexperienced) the quality of the food that was put in front of me was MUCH better than my previous two visits to that. I think like myself, most people can tolerate some sub-par service but really what most people care about is the quality of the food that they're consuming. Great job Lawrenceburg steak'n shake on a solid comeback.

The food was steaming hot. Server was very polite.

Stopped in at 12:30 at night after getting off a plane and this was one of the only 24 hour places around.The place was clean, the staff was nice, prices were fair and did was good. Being that we were the only ones there it didn't take long to get us our food. However, our server did get my milkshake and another person's mixed up, but they made it right by remaking them in a timely manner and getting them out to us.Overall, good place for a quick stop and bite to eat.

Very fast drive thru service. Order correctly filled. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Will eat there again.

Had to drive to Indiana since they're all closed in Ohio. I've missed those fries! Great service and good food. I blew the diet but it was worth it.

I was very hesitant to stop because of the last 2 visits I've had at 2 other Steak and Shakes. But this one was great! Fresh food, clean restrooms and helpful and friendly servers.

Quick service, friendly wait staff and delicious food. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I got a double cheeseburger, fries, and regular strawberry shake for about $9. This location improved my perception of steak n shake. Keep up the great work!

Rachel was an awesome waitress to have! The food was great! My kids enjoy eating here and then getting shakes for dessert! Friendly staff

This is the only steak 'n shake I have been to where I have gotten my shake before I received my meal, this place is in Lawrenceburg Indiana. I got a eggnog shake it was there in 2 minutes. This has happen each time I go there, I have been at some where I waited, to leave with it in a cup, I've eaten my whole meal without it, but not this place. Service was very good,food great, very nice people here,recommend this place, good job guys, ill be back again.

Had a nice time at Steak 'n Shake after a day at Perfect North Slopes. So glad they were still open; almost all the S'n'S locations in Greater Cincinnati were closed last year and marked "franchise opportunities". Not a lot of choices at 10pm. I had a Frisco Melt, as usual. Service was excellent.

Fast drive thru service, and hot food cooked right. Can't ask for much more than that.

WOW! Our first time here & it was incredible! The salads were huge & fresh. The sandwiches were so good tioo! Asked for extra tomatoes & onions & wasn't charged. The onion rings were WONDERFUL! We live out of state & would love to come here all the time if we had Steak & Shakes where we live. 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆

Went through drive-thru around midnight. Associate was very polite and helpful with our order. Service was fast. The sandwiches looked great and had a lot of flavor. The fries were hot and fresh. The Peanut Butter Cup shake is the best!
